Dr. Karen Keough and Cassidy Waggonner are the latest members of the Child Neurology Consultants’ team to travel abroad and assist underserved children. The two are joining other medical specialists and general volunteers on a medical mission trip to Kenya through Dell Children’s Department of Global Health.
The group will deliver medical care, support and training in Kenya where chronic diseases claim thousands of lives each year.
Dr. Jeffrey Kane will also travel to Kenya for the next mission trip organized in the fall.
