Dr. Ezam Ghodsi is one of the true pioneers of child neurology in Austin, having been in practice here since 1990.
Dr. Ghodsi graduated from the University of Tehran and later received his medical degree from the University of Tehran Medical School in 1978. He then fulfilled his residency with the Austin Pediatric Education Program followed by a pediatric neurology fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia.
His career began at the Austin Neurological Clinic and then progressed to ‘Specially for Children where he treated patients there for nearly 15 years. Prior to joining Child Neurology Consultants, Dr. Ghodsi worked at Dell Children’s Medical Center-Neuroscience Center. Additionally, he has served as a consultant at Texas Neuro Rehab since 1997.
Dr. Ghodsi has a special interest in sleep disorders and behavioral neurology.
When not caring for children, he can be found cheering for the Texas Longhorns and “bleeding burnt orange.”
