Child Neurology Consultants of Austin is thrilled to announce one of our own as a Texas Monthly SuperDoctors “Rising Star” for 2021. Dr. Kate Labiner was named to this prestigious listing in the current July issue of the magazine.
Dr. Labiner is a pediatric neurologist, epileptologist, and sports neurologist. She holds a special interest in concussion treatment and prevention due to many years herself playing sports while young and at the collegiate level.
This summer has been a busy one for Dr. Labiner who recently served as a medical staff volunteer at Camp Brainstorm for children with epilepsy while also supporting the new Austin FC Academy with concussion management needs for its young players.
All of this is in addition to her busy schedule caring for our young patients in the clinic here where she is truly devoted to best treating each and every one of them and their families.
