Yes, but once you have completed the initial registration, the process of prepping for future appointments is quick and easy.
No. There is no app - you simply click the link provided in the text message or email we send you. This allows you to securely answer any registration and medical questions necessary for your appointment.
Yes! Mobile registration is available in 20 different languages.
That’s okay! If you have not completed your registration before the visit, see one of our receptionists, and they will be happy to send you a new link.
An email will come from noreply@phreesia.com with the subject: “Check-in online for your upcoming appointment.” The first line of the email will show the name and phone number of your doctor’s office. The email will also show the date, time, and location of your appointment.
You will see security questions confirming your date of birth, address, and phone number. Once your phone number is confirmed, you will receive a code via voicemail or text that you must type into the website before proceeding to the next step.
When choosing your phone number in the system, you can change the method of delivery from “Text” to “Voice.” This will send the code as a phone call via recorded message.
You can talk with any of our receptionists in the clinic or send a secure message through the patient portal.
